 WHY THE ORPHANED CHILDREN AND TEENAGERS?

 We are standing before a considerable number of future citizens that once they turn 14 will provide their contribution in our society; future citizens who at 14 stand on the verge of the rest oftheir life, only one day dividing them from when they had insurance of a few basic needs to makingit work on their own.“Sirius Program” witnesses and identifies the need that society’s most vulnerable – specifically orphaned children and teenagers – be given the opportunity to recognize, develop and canalizetheir potential and talents.
